Blue Box Group customer, Untitled Startup is slated to speak at the upcoming Mongo Seattle conference on Tuesday, July 27, 2010. The event, hosted by 10Gen features a wide range of topics for both MongoDB novices and pros. There are sessions that cater to using Mongo with specific development languages, as well as general sessions about Mongo features and tuning. Everyone will find something of interest.

Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 32-bit and 64-bit Images Now Available!

We are now offering both 32 and 64 bit images of Ubuntu 10.04 LTS on all of our VPSes. This exciting new option is backed by Canonical’s long term support providing users with extended security and maintenance updates free of charge for five years. NoSQL Meetup - New Confirmed Date

Blue Box Group is excited to host an upcoming NoSQL talk on April 14th at 6pm. Joe Williams will be speaking about CouchDB, and we’ll have a round table discussion on all kinds of NoSQL fun including Riak, MongoDB, etc… Refreshments will be provided, so come hang out for a few hours, and learn something new!
Join us at our offices at 206 1st Ave S. #300, Seattle WA 98104. The doors will be locked, so give us a call at 206-607-0663 when you arrive and we will come let you in.

April Fools Update - Grant Goodale from ZenDorse will be speaking about using MongoDB as a persistent queue. We may also have a presentation on Riak but this is TBD.
