Blue Box Group is proud to announce the immediate availability of our Service Level Agreement. This document outlines the roles, responsibilities, commitments and remedies of both Blue Box Group and our Customers. It is an essential document to the success of all parties involved, especially in the hosting market space.

We are delighted to be the first Ruby on Rails oriented company to offer such a document to all of our virtual and dedicated customers. This is further evidence of our dedication to our customer base.
