Attention All Boxcar Customers!

Planet Argon will be shutting down their boxcar hosts after the end of this month, so if you’ve been migrated and you haven’t repointed your DNS to your servers with us, it’s important that you do so immediately. If your DNS is still pointed at your Planet Argon host after they’re shut down, your site will become unavailable, so it’s important that you let us know as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns.

Anyone who has not been migrated yet should have received an e-mail with the date we’re planning on finalizing the migration. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to coordinate DNS changes, and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

If you’re a boxcar customer and have already taken care of DNS changes with us, you can disregard this message – your site(s) will not be affected. This will also not affect service for any other Blue Box Group customers.


Support Hours for Thanksgiving

Our offices will be closed tomorrow, November 26th, in observence of the Thanksgiving holiday. The office will remain closed on Friday for general business, but we will have reduced staff on hand for support issues and limited phone support. Our on-call staff will be available throughout the holiday, so if there is an emergency that needs to be addressed, please either open an urgent support ticket, or leave us an urgent voicemail.
