Company Meeting

Today, March 3rd 2010, we’ll be holding a company meeting from 4:45PM to 6:00PM PST. At this time, we will be away from our ticket system and phones. Should an urgent issue arise, please escalate your ticket to “Urgent” status, or leave us an urgent voice mail. We will continue to be notified of any critical issue by our monitoring system.

Customer Chat Issues

We’re currently experiencing some issues with the online chat feature of box panel, and at present you may not be able to get a hold of us there. We are working to get this resolved as soon as possible, but in the meantime, please feel free to get in touch with us by phone or e-mail, and we will address any issues as they arise.

Apologies for the inconvenience, and we will update this post as soon as chat is functioning again.

Support System Updates

On Sunday 2/21/2010 our Development Team will be working to roll out our new and improved support system. You may experience support system outages throughout the day, but please note that we are always reachable by email or phone at 800-613-4305. There should be no interruptions with our online support chat through Box Panel, and any currently open or pending tickets will not be lost. We look forward to your feedback on our new and improved support system! Thank you for your patience while we make this change.

Unscheduled maintenance - Mail server reboot

Update 11:55 AM: The mail server should be fully back up and functioning now. Let us know if you are experiencing any issues.

To address a problem with messages getting stuck in the queue on one of our shared mail servers, we will be rebooting that server. You may notice a momentary outage while this occurs, but mail should be back shortly thereafter.
