Fixed deploy bug on sh01

This morning we fixed a bug in our deploy script for sh01, one of our shared servers, that wasn’t properly enabling PHP Safe Mode for new accounts. If you have any problems with your site, let us know by sending opening a ticket or sending an e-mail to support@blueboxgrp.com.
