Box Panel Central Database Maintenance

Tonight between midnight and 1:00am PST (Nov 19, 08:00 to 09:00 UTC) we will be performing some database optimizations on our central internal database server. This system supports the operations of Box Panel, our support system, ftp logins for certain hosts, our primary website and a few other key systems on our network. During this outage window, these services will not be functional.

If an emergency situation arises on one of your machines during this window, we encourage you to call our support line and leave an urgent message. This will page our on-call support staff to alert them of your message.

Update 2:00am PST (10:00 UTC):It took a little longer to get the database work done than anticipated, however most things were done and most services were online by 1:17am. At this time, the last of the residual problems created by this outage should have cleared
