On Saturday, Feb. 13th from 4:00am to 6:00pm PST (12:00 on 2/13 to 2:00 on 2/14 UTC) the local utility company which provides power to our primary data center facility will be performing significant work on the transformer supplying power to the building. From 1 hour before this window until 2 hours after it, the data center will be running on the N+1 generator configuration which regularly backs up power at the facility when there are problems with the utility feed.
No outage of any kind is expected during or as a result of this work. However, as is the case whenever significant infrastructure work is being done, an increased risk of an outage exists during this window.

On Monday our Development Team will be working to roll out our new and improved support system. You may experience support system outages throughout the day, but please note that we are always reachable by phone at 800-613-4305. There should be no interruptions with our online support chat through Box Panel, and any currently open or pending tickets will not be lost. We look forward to your feedback on our new and improved support system!

We are currently experiencing some issues with our mailserver, resulting in delayed mail delivery and acceptance. We are actively working on this, and expect the problem to be resolved shortly. Thank you.

Update 11:55 AM: The mail server should be fully back up and functioning now. Let us know if you are experiencing any issues.
To address a problem with messages getting stuck in the queue on one of our shared mail servers, we will be rebooting that server. You may notice a momentary outage while this occurs, but mail should be back shortly thereafter.
